Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Qurricular — the website, the app, Ryder, and every study tool inside them (together, the Service). By creating an account, or by signing in with Google or with email, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Students under 18 may use Qurricular only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's behalf. Accounts are for one person; please do not share them.

Qurricular is offered on the following plans. Prices are per month, in Pakistani rupees.

• Free — the whole product, limited to a daily amount of study time that varies from day to day.
• Plus — PKR 3,000 per month. Three to four hours of study a day, for the weeks before a paper.
• Pro — PKR 5,000 per month. Five to seven hours a day. Effectively never think about it.

Paid plans include a daily allowance of AI usage, equal to the monthly allowance divided by thirty. Unused allowance does not roll over to the next day or the next month. When a day's allowance is used, the Service may continue on a lighter model until the next day rather than stopping.

We may change prices or plan contents. A change to what you pay takes effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

Upgrades are currently arranged directly with our team. Choosing a plan in the app records your request; nothing is charged until we have confirmed the upgrade with you and the plan is active on your account.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time. When you do, we refund the part of the period you have not used, less a cancellation fee of 10% of that refund:

refund = price × (days remaining ÷ days in period) × 0.90

For example, a PKR 3,000 monthly plan cancelled on day 15 refunds PKR 1,500 less a PKR 150 fee — PKR 1,350. The fee is a share of the refund, never of the full price, so it can never exceed what you are owed.

You are shown the exact figure, with its working, before you confirm a cancellation, and that is the figure you will receive: it is fixed when you ask, even if prices change before it is paid. Refunds are processed by our team, and we notify you in the app once yours has been sent. Your plan ends when the cancellation is processed.

Free days received through a referral or a promotion have no cash value and are not refunded.

Each account can share one referral code. When someone signs up with your code and then subscribes to a paid plan within 90 days, you each receive 3 days of Plus.

• A person can be referred only once, and you cannot refer yourself.
• Rewards are granted once the referred person's subscription is active.
• We may withhold rewards or close codes that are abused — for example, through fake or duplicate accounts.

Much of Qurricular — Ryder's answers, notes, practice questions, marking and feedback — is produced with the help of AI models. We check generated questions before they are served, but AI can still be wrong. Treat it as a study aid, check important answers against your textbook and teachers, and do not rely on it as the only source for an examination.

Qurricular is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination board, including FBISE or Cambridge.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to cheat in an examination or assessment that forbids it;
• upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you have no right to share;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, or get around the limits of the Service;
• resell access, or create accounts to obtain free allowances or rewards.

You keep ownership of what you upload and write. You allow us to store and process it to provide the Service to you — including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. The Service itself, its design, and the material we create belong to Qurricular.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You can stop using Qurricular and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we close a paid account without fault on your part, we refund the unused period in full, with no fee.

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for results in any examination, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app, and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
